When you open the bottle, aromas of black fruit and vanilla blow you away. Intense and full flavour with impressions of black currant, cherries and oak. In addition to the usual Tempranillo grapes, the Mazuelo grapes were also used for this special Reserva. This gives the wine, besides a lot of strength and firmness, also sufficient fruitiness. The 16-month aging in American and French oak barrels provides an exceptional taste explosion, with the fruity character perfectly developed in harmony with vanilla tones created by the oak.
