The Gaudou style is the sum of several rare elements, tradition, great land, talent and love of their wine, passed down through the generations of the Durou Family. For each vintage that we produce we reinvent ourselves. We make and assemble unique “terroirs” with different micro-climates associated with our main grape variety, Malbec, present in our land for generations. We always endeavor to challenge ourselves, for we search constantly for a balance which defines the Gaudou style; the wines of the “terroir” that may be equally appreciated young as aged, and of which the purity of the fruit, their freshness and depth are of the essence.
