Barolo is made from the Michet, Lampia and Ros_ sub-varieties of the Nebbiolo grape grown in eleven villages of the Langhe hills around Alba. Ageing in oak casks enhances its outstanding qualities, making it quite unique in its fantastically rounded body, in the delicacy of the feelings it is capable of arousing, and in its unfailing class and elegance.
