The Spirited Flavor of Bourbon Oak Aging Extended cooperage in Bourbon oak barrels imparts nuanced layers of caramel, vanilla and toasty oak to the wine’s naturally intense dark berry character. The result is a robust, deliciously complex and silky smooth Lodi Zinfandel.
